A tea that is deep rooted in India's traditions, our Masala Chai is an embodiment of what chai has come to mean to all of us.
For this blend, we went back to the streets of India and to the chaiwalas that have been perfecting their recipes for years. This blend combines all the spices you would find in a traditional cup of chai such as ginger, cinnamon, cloves and more. Together, it makes for a delicious, bold, packs a punch type cup every time.

Best served hot. Add milk and sugar as per your liking.

Bought three teas from the vendor at the CNE. I love the Masala Chai, it has such a subtle and delicious flavour, especially with a bit of added honey. I appreciate the specific list of ingredients. Hoping to see them again to stock up!
I don't like the shrinkage in size of the packages. I'd rather pay an increase in $$, versus a reduction in product.

The tea leaves in some blends are smaller in size, which can create the impression of less tea in the bag, but rest assured, all our blends are carefully measured to ensure consistency. On my backpacking trip across India, I became obsessed with the masala chai you could get from any tea vendor. I couldn't find that same taste in any of the teas in Canada. But this is the real deal! It's exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.
